Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy is established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

1. Return, Replacement & Refund Rights

Consumers are entitled within 15 days from receipt of a commodity (excluding perishable goods) to:

Return the product

Replace the product

Receive a full refund

Applicable if the product is:

Defective

Non-compliant with standard specifications

Unfit for its intended purpose

2. Conditions

Proof of purchase is required

Defects must not result from misuse

No additional charges shall be imposed

3. Defective Goods

If a defect is discovered:

The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded free of charge

The method of remedy is determined according to applicable regulations

4. Service Cancellation

If a service is not delivered in an optimal manner or fails to meet its intended purpose:

The consumer is entitled to a refund, partial compensation, or re-performance of the service

5. Harmful Products or Services

In case a product or service poses health or safety risks:

Sales or services will be halted immediately

Consumers will be notified

Products may be recalled as required by law

6. Used or Defective Products Disclosure

Any used or defective goods sold will be clearly disclosed and documented on the invoice or contract.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Consumer Protection Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits or restricts consumer rights guaranteed under Omani law.

Returns

 we accept exchanges within a timeframe of 14 days and we can offer a return voucher but unfortunately cannot accept cash returns.

Cancellations
